Nyack College School of Music is proud to announce the fifth annual Hudson River Pianofest, June 13-14, 2014 on the idyllic Rockland County campus, located on 87 acres overlooking the historic Hudson River and Tappan Zee Bridge. This inspiring two-day program of piano master classes, lectures, workshops, piano ensembles and concerts is open to all music lovers: students, adult amateurs, teachers and observers. The program welcomes pianists from intermediate to advanced piano level to be active participants. Participation of the Hudson River Pianofest can be one or two days, and also by single event. The featured guest artists and master teachers are the world-renowned
legendary pianist, Ann Schein, noted Contemporary music expert, Christopher Oldfather, Grammy nominated pianist, Andrius Zlabys and our own Artistic Director, Dr. Tammy Lum.

While you are here, the Village of Nyack, a charming and secluded community known
for its restaurants, antique and specialty shops, is just nearby. A few miles
away, visit the beautiful Rockland Lake State Park and the 76 acres Nyack Beach
State Park along the Hudson River, where you can take a leisurely walk or a bike
ride. 16 miles north of Nyack, you can visit Bear Mountain, Seven Lakes Drive
and the US Military Academy at West Point. New York City is just 16 miles south
of the Rockland campus.
